Costume 23 - Captain Jack Sparrow

I was chasing this guy for about hour, he was swinging his arms like crazy when he was running. Got away, but about half hour later I saw him in another street walking straight against me took this photo in movement (both him and me).
I was surprised it went this well, I mean... we matched our speed quite, he is sharp, while rest is fuzzy...
